Riada Land app seeks to provide the customers with the best services and facilitate the payment process within the app by providing various options for the Online payment (Bank Transfer- Online Payment- PayPal) according to the rules of safe E-Commerce and by the proper method for the customer.
The user has the right to choose the proper method for him of the available methods within the application, as follows:
The different Online Credit Cards are available to pay with within the application. How to pay via bank transfer?
After the customer chooses to pay using bank transfer, a pop message appears informing him to complete the transfer by entering the bank account data, after that the fees are deducted from his account. The customer will be able to track the reservation process step by step. The reservation will be canceled automatically if the fees aren’t transferred, and the customer must make a new reservation.
The payment can be completed during the reservation via multiple Online Credit Cards (the Online Visa). Whereas the customer can press on the Online payment option, then a separate page will appear to which he can add his Credit Card number and complete the payment process. After completing the payment via the Online Credit Card, whether it’s (a Visa or a MasterCard), a message will be sent automatically to the user account on the application informing him that the payment and the reservation are completed successfully.
The Riada Land app allows all users to pay via PayPal. As soon as the user presses on the payment option, he is directed to another separate page that enables him to log in to his PayPal account and complete the Online payment. After completing the payment via the PayPal account, a message will be sent automatically to the user account on the application informing him that the payment and the reservation are completed successfully.
The customer is committed to paying the transferring fees, in case he chooses the option of Bank Transfer. The customer has to send the required money value and any extra transfer fees to complete the reservation process successfully.
The customer is required to complete the bank transfer process within 4 days of the actual reservation. And after the expiry of this period, if the transfer isn't completed, the order will be canceled automatically.
In case of paying online or via a PayPal account, the Riada Land application receives the paid money after deducting the transfer fees for the online payment process according to the chosen payment method. So, if the customer wanted to cancel the reservation and refund his money -this is only possible if he contacts the customer service- he will refund his money after deducting the transfer fees.
Riada Land isn't committed to any money the customers pay except if it's paid via the application. And we aren't in charge of any transactions done outside the application.
All the payment methods and money transfer processes are following the Global E-Commerce rights that guarantee the customers' money and rights to make the different purchases.
The Riada Land application owns the full responsibility of all the money paid via the application which guarantees the customers their rights to complete the reservations or refund money after canceling the reservations.
Each customer is committed to entering correct personal data during the payment process and the bank transfer process to be able to refund his money in case of canceling the order.
The customer's account on the Riada Land application is personal and he can complete the various payment processes through it.
The customer is in charge of any transactions done through his account on the Riada Land application, and we're not responsible if any person uses the personal account of a user and makes purchases through it, so take care of your account.
