Money-Back Policy

Please, read the detailed conditions of every service before reserving it to avoid misunderstanding or reservations of inappropriate services.

• It should be understood that wherever the word "owner" is mentioned, it refers to the service provider and the one who has the right to manage and dispose of the facility offered for rent. And wherever the word "facility" is mentioned, it refers to the sports facility that the customer wishes to book.
• When reserving any product or service through the Riada Land application, you agree to the return or cancellation policy. The return and cancellation policy is available for each "owner" on the pages that include the "owner's" information in our application

Order Cancellation

• You have the right to cancel the order within a few minutes of submitting it on our application by sending a request to ( email), or by clicking om the cancel button and follow the instructions, and we have the right to cancel any order that contains incorrect information. The request may be canceled after it reaches the “Owner” according to the available situation, and we have the right to cancel the request before and after acceptance and we will inform you immediately of any cancellation.

• Some services have special conditions for reservation cancellation so that make sure that you read the information carefully before confirming your reservation and view all the information about the additional policies that may be applied by the “Owner”.

• Some additional fees may be added and you can't refund it in some cases like the insurance money.

• In case of adding wrong data like the Credit Card or bank data, invalid withdrawal, or insufficient money, it will be your responsibility and you may have no right to refund the money or any deposits (unable to be refunded) as long as the provider didn't agree or permit it.

• Some offers that are limited by time aren't able to change, cancel, or return.

• The “Owner” may deduct the stadium or hall taxes in case of non- free cancellation or if you didn't attend.

• Please make sure of the product or service information (reservation) carefully before starting your reservation process.

• Please, notice that the reservation of the services that require a deposit or (fully or partially) payment may be canceled (without a warning or any prior notification) to the extent that the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be fully collected on the date of payment.

• If you want to view, edit, or cancel the reservation, please go back to the online confirmation message of the reservation and follow the instruction. Please notice that you may pay for the cancellation in terms of cancellation, (prior) payment, and the non-show policy that is applied by the service provider.
